Dear Deb & Pat, Marianne and I have been reflecting on the wondrous journey we recently traveled with you, as we searched for our perfect place on the Peninsula Marina del Rey. Marianne reminded me about how "picky" I was. I told her she was being kind to me, I wasn't "picky"; I was "very picky". Then we talked about how you dealt with this trait of mine and how you listened as we told you everything we wanted our perfect place to be. You brought contant patience, understanding and your incredible expertise to every meeting and phone call we ever had with you. Deb & Pat, you and your Berman & Kandel Team were always there for us to guide us every step of the way. Your knowledge of the area and contacts is amazing. You always knew what was coming on the market and you had us there immediately. There was a specific moment when we came to a point in our journey where we found a place with you, that had a great view. It was the right size in a nice building. It had a lot going for it. It wasn't quite 100% of what we wanted, but I was ready to go for it. Deb, that's when you turned to Marianne and said, "Are you happy about this?" "Is your heart singing?" Marianne said "NO", you said, "Then we keep looking." You could have sold us that place. We were ready to settle. Instead, you said, no, "We keep looking!" This is the integrity that Marianne and I had grown to tryst depend on with you both. A week later we got a call. "Get right down here, we found the perfect place." We got right down there and yes, you had found the perfect place. Deb and Pat we are so grateful you insisted on persisting until we found our perfect place. Thanks to you, Marianne's "heart is singing." We recommend you and sing your praises to anyone in need of a Realtor who really cares, takes the time to find out a client's needs and desires and follows through and delivers because this is what you do.
