Working together as partners since 1985, Debra and Pat have established a reputation as the best in beach cities real estate representation.

When you work with Berman-Kandel you not only get two agents for the price of one, you get the full support of their team. In addition to Debra and Pat, their staff of three includes an escrow specialist, listing coordinator, and additional buyers agent. Berman-Kandel is, essentially, a company within the company of Coldwell Banker.

With the Berman-Kandel team, there is always someone available in the office to take your call between 9:00 am - 6:00 pm. The team frees up both Debra and Pat to do their job more effectively, spending more one-on-one time with you, the buyer or seller.
